FOREST MANAGEMENT
Conservation-minded property owners are becoming increasingly interested in managing their forested land in a way that balances ecological health with human needs, including sustainable timber harvesting, wildlife conservation, watershed protection, and recreation. Tristar Forestry works with property owners to develop a custom forest management plan and provides services such as:

TIMBER RECOVERY
When trees on your property fall or are downed due to disease, damage, or necessity, Tristar Forestry will remove the tree and deliver it to a lumber yard, specialized mill, artist workshop, or furniture maker, thus continuing the tree’s carbon storage and lowering tree removal costs. This prevents the tree from being wasted as is too often the case when they are taken to a landfill or turned into wood chips.
